Will my order be affected by any Covid-19 delays?
No - our processing times are back to normal now (woo hoo) so your order should be dispatched within 3-5 business days

What countries to you ship to?
We ship worldwide!

How fast is your turn around time?
Typically we'll freshly print your item and dispatch it within 3-5 business days 

Can I trust these Spark ppl?
Our checkout uses Shopify Payments and Paypal, for 100% secure and safe transactions. We want you to love your items, so if anything you buy isn't perfect, just let our friendly support team know over live chat and they'll do everything in their power to fix the problem or give you a full refund

I wish this design was in a different colour / size / product...

How long will my order take to arrive?
We need 3-5 business days to freshly print your item(s), and then once dispatched, you can expect your order within:
• 2-4 business days - USA
• 5-10 business days - Canada
• 1-2 business days - UK
• 3-5 business days - Europe

Will I have to pay any duties or taxes on top of my order?
If you live in a country where import duties, customs or taxes are charged, you will need to pay these costs either at the point of, or after, delivery. Unfortunately we don't have any control over the duties, customs or taxes applied by the country your order is being shipped to - we'd love to eradicate them but we can't! It's also impossible for us to confirm how much these charges will be due to the fact that each country has it's own system and packages going through customs are randomly selected. 

Should I go on a diet?
No, you're perfect

Are your products ethically made? 
Abso-fucking-lutely. All of our tees are produced in a W.R.A.P Gold certified facility (NO sweatshops, NO child labour)

How can I help a girl out today? 
With every purchase, SPARK is able to donate desperately needed sanitary supplies (tampons, pads, liners) to shelters and drop-in centres for those who can't afford to buy them. This will help homeless or refugee women and girls during an especially difficult time of the month.
